This is a qualitative exploratory study using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to understand the lived experiences of female sex workers (FSWs) in accessing HIV services amid climate change in Chikwawa, Malawi. The study is expected to reveal how climate-related events intensify existing barriers to HIV service access and livelihood stability for FSWs, and to generate practical recommendations for policy and programming to improve their health outcomes
