Neema joined MLW in 2003 as a research nurse and has worked at MLW as a nurse manager, clinical manager, CRSU manager, programme manager, and social scientist. Her current role in MARVELS is a Senior Project Coordinator. Neema has over a decade of experience in successfully managing clinical research teams and delivering complex clinical research projects of high quality on time and within budget. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills. Neema values building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Her experience and qualifications as a project coordinator have given her the ability to plan, implement and oversee multiple projects. Neema enjoys working independently and collaboratively to manage research projects efficiently.
