Malawi Liverpool Wellcome (MLW) Programme’s Health and Safety Department organised a men’s conference on 11th March 2023 with the aim of assisting men to break the social and emotional barriers that restrain them from voicing out issues pressing their psychological being.
The men’s workshop, which took place at Nalipiri Eco resort in Mulanje, brought together over 120 MLW male employees who interacted and shared various issues slanting on mental health, financial management as well as building and maintaining positive relationships.
The MLW 2023 Men’s Indaba falls within the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme’s wellness programme that was developed to improve employees’ health which is a key to increased staff productivity, quality, and efficiency.
